How Windscreen Replacement Works

A clear four-step guide from the first vehicle details to professional installation and final inspection.

Windscreen damage marked for inspection

1. Send Your Vehicle Details

Share your vehicle make, model and year, plus a close-up photo of the damage, a full-view windscreen photo and your location. Include your insurance policy if you plan to make a claim.

2. Confirm Glass and Appointment

Our team reviews the vehicle information, confirms the suitable glass and quotation, then agrees on the branch or mobile service location and appointment timing.

3. Remove and Replace

The damaged glass is removed carefully. The windscreen frame is cleaned and prepared before the correct replacement glass is positioned and installed using the appropriate adhesive system.

4. Final Inspection and Handover

The technician checks the glass position, surrounding trim and installation finish. Vehicle handover timing depends on the adhesive system, vehicle requirements and final safety checks.

Safety note

Installation timing and vehicle handover depend on the glass, adhesive system, vehicle requirements and final safety checks.
